When your body lets you down

Ways to remodel oneself when illness strikes and tips to take care of oneself in such a situation is described. After recovering from illness, one must create a plan on the time to be spared for work, recognize ones energy level, recognize the need to safeguard one's health, distinguish between options and obligations that would keep us healthy thereafter.

Balance: when no means no

Article Abstract:

The fact that most of the time women find it difficult to say no to work, that makes them stressed out and suffer from frequent headaches and fatigue is discussed. It is suggested that the best way to get rid of any unwanted work without making any excuses or suffer silently is to say 'no'.
