Accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP has instituted a commendable program for promoting female workers. Aiming for an equal representation for women, the program involves opening managerial positions to women and including them in key committees. These efforts have resulted in a lower turnover rate among senior women.

MOD develops a lasting bond between recipients and their mentors, and African American women from middle class and upper middle class families.

The new breadwinner
