Opening the window of opportunity
Article Abstract:
Women professionals are encouraged to break through the barriers that prevent them from achieving their personal goals by constantly seeking out opportunities for advancement. For example, one woman achieved the singular honor of becoming Alabama's first circuit judge by campaigning in her county and highlighting the importance of her being chosen for the position. At the same time, women should take time to improve their skills to ensure that they are well-prepared for the goals they plan to achieve.
