Article Abstract:

Good management enables a company to run smoothly even while the owner is away. An office where employees' roles and goals are well-defined renders decision-making more effective. Up-to-date facilities make operations easier while foresight enables employees to anticipate events and prepare for them accordingly. Meanwhile, the company can cut down on travel and improve client relationship by encouraging clients to drop by and observe company operations while being served. Business management entails careful planning and creativity and reaps rich benefits for all people concerned.

Article Abstract:

The importance of personal image in doing business is highlighted and five ways to improve image projection are described. The physical aspects invlove the voice, manner of speaking and dress mode. The intangible factors concern the level of interactive skills and awareness. Women are further advised to project the image they want remembered, make certain it is real and ensure that it can withstand scrutiny.
