Measures to be taken to prevent plagiocephaly (or flattened-head syndrome) are presented. It is vital to diagnose kids suffering from plagiocephaly as early as possible. Alternating kid's head position each night is the key to prevent plagiocephaly. In most severe cases, cranial ban is the only option.

Cures for stuffy noses

Allergies and asthma can be inherited, but can also affect children with no family history of these diseases. Advice on ways in which the risks of a child developing a stuffy nose can be minimized including dietary measures is presented.
