Why yoga?

Article Abstract:

Seven positions in yoga exercises are discussed which may help a pregnant woman in preparation for labor and delivery through breathing exercises and light calisthenics. These exercises include spinal twist, tree pose, tailor sit, modified dog pose, squatting, cow/cat stretch and the chest stretch.

Your pregnant hair

Pregnancy can cause women's hair to become fuller, but the hair falls out within six months of delivery. The hair loss can be concealed with the help of a good stylist who can cut the hair properly or make other suggestions. Perms and coloring should not be done in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Fitness after baby

Article Abstract:

New mothers can exercise after their baby is born to regain their shape. They should incorporate some sort of aerobics to burn fat and exercise at a moderate pace. Workouts are possible with the baby by using videos or in special new mother classes. Exercises for new mothers are presented.
