Victory 2000 Campaign in high gear pre-elections
Article Abstract:
The National Organization for Women (NOW) has moved closer to attaining its Victory 2000 Campaign's goal of putting 2,000 women's rights candidates in all levels of political office by the year 2000. The efforts by NOW political action committees (PACs) helped NOW activist Jan Schakowsky win the primary in Chicago, IL. NOW PACs also helped placed feminists Barbara Lee and Lois Capps in Congress after winning the special elections in California.

NOW/PAC prepares for '96
Article Abstract:
NOW-PAC is preparing its candidates to fight for women and their causes. NOW-PAC have been involved in training, recruiting and raising funds for obtaining the votes of feminists all over the country. NOW-PAC protect politicians who support women's cause and request help from the public to support and elect more women in the Congress.
