Article Abstract:

Childbirth can cause several physical and systemic changes in a woman. These can be observed on a woman's skin, hair, breasts, teeth, back or spine, vagina and pelvic and abdominal muscles. Urinary incontinence may also be experienced. Remedies for these changes are given.
