The two estrogens: eat your cruciferous veggies to boost the good kind

Women usually produce two metabolites of estrogen: C-2 and C-16. Women can produce more of C-2, which is considered as the good metabolite, by exercising and eating cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, rutabaga, cabbage and turnips.
