Basic bicycling is fairly easy to accomplish, but using a few tips from professionals can enhance biking performance and fitness benefits. Most people still pedal the way that they did when they were children, but to maximize efficiency, one should pedal all the way through the pedal stroke, pulling up with one foot while the other pushes forward. Tips on taking corners, pedaling uphill, crossing streams, and descending steep hills are also included.
