Article Abstract:

The 1998 US Open winner talks of her life-long struggle with weight issues and her subsequent decision to shed some of those unwanted pounds. The tennis player's younger years were a constsnt battle weight. Presented are some key exercises which helped the athlete lose the excess weight and tone and develop the rest of her body.
