American ecology at the crossroads
Article Abstract:
American ecologists can improve their image and get their environmental-related demands considered by Congress by abstaining from environmental activism and forming research facilities which can provide information regarding the available alternative green options for ecologically harmful projects. Ecologists should also concentrate on educating people against misinformation and ignorance regarding ecology. Compromise should also be part of ecologists' programs. The efforts by British ecological organizations such as Greenpeace, their achievements and methodologies are discussed.
