Winter survivals of wild turkey females in Central Minnesota
Article Abstract:
Winter survival of Trans located wild turkey females were studied by feeding some of them with supplemental food while feeding others with non-supplemental food. Results concluded that turkeys should be released into areas with agriculture and corn food plots in order to survive winter.

Efficacy of black bear supplemental feeding to reduce conifer damage in Western Washington
Article Abstract:
The efficacy of the black bear supplemental feeding program on the Olympic Peninsula, Washington, is examined. Studies indicate that the feeding program constituted a viable, nonlethal conifer damage control tool.
