Haematopoietic stem cells adopt mature haematopoietic fates in ischaemic myocardium

Article Abstract:

The bone marrow serves as a reservoir for cardiac precursor cells is suggested by the adult bone marrow (BM) in the process of myocardial replication and regeneration. The reaction of the transformation of the cells from the transgenic mice expressing green fluorescent protein (GFT) to the ischaemic myocardium of wild-type mice is examined.

Regulation of oxidation stress by ATM is required for self-renewal haematopoietic stem cells

Article Abstract:

The ATM has an essential function in the reconstitute capacity of haematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) but is not as important for the proliferation or differentiation of progenitors, in a telomere-independent manner. These results show that the self-renewal capacity of HSCs depends on ATM-mediated inhibition of oxidative stress.

Haematopoietic stem cells do not transdifferentiate into cardiac myocytes in myocardial infarcts

Article Abstract:

The trandifferentiation of the haematopoietic stem cells into unexpected phenotypes are suggested. Various clinical trials indicate that haematopoietic stem cells do not readily acquire a cardiac phenotype in myocardial infracts.
