Helper contributions in the cooperatively breeding laughing kookaburra: feeding young is no laughing matter

Article Abstract:

Research into the contributions of individuals to incubation and nestling feeding in cooperatively breeding laughing kookaburras, Dacelo novaeguineae, is presented. It was found that the relatedness of helpers to the brood had no effect on their provisioning.
