Herbivory-induced volatiles elicit defence genes in lima bean leaves
Article Abstract:
Some plant species, when damaged by herbivores, release volatiles which attract predators of the herbivores. Research examining this defence mechanism in lima bean leaves to herbivore damage is presented.
