Leaping lemurs! San Francisco Zoo's new Lipman Family Lemur Forest is the largest outdoor exhibit for these primates

Article Abstract:

The Lipman Family Lemur Forest, located at the San Francisco Zoo in California, is home to a wide variety of lemurs, including black and white ruffed, red ruffed, and ring-tailed. Visitors traverse an elevated boardwalk that overlooks the exhibit, and keepers feed, weigh, and examine the animals at special stations. The Madagascar Fauna Group, dedicated to preserving lemurs and other native wildlife, is headquartered at the zoo.
