Pyramid power, people power
Article Abstract:
The manpower required to build a pyramid can be estimated on the basis of various aspects of its construction and design. Pyramid's base, volume, mass, total time taken for its completion, installation rate of rocks, transportation of material from bottom to top layers, and average amount of useful work possible for one person are some factors useful in manpower estimation. The size of the pyramid is also a determining factor. The manpower estimations for some cases are discussed.

Article Abstract:
New research into brownian motion has been able to prove a conjecture made in 1960 by Paul Erdos and S. James Taylor. The probability distributions connected with brownian motion show circular symmetry, and this is also approximately the case for random walks when the number of steps is large.
