Resolvin E1 and protection D1 activate inflammation-resolution programmes
Article Abstract:
The identification of new active components for postexudate resolution traffic which demonstrate resolvin E1 (RvE1) and protectin D1 (PD1) as potent agonists for resolution of inflamed tissues are reported.

Doubts raised over stem-cell marker
Article Abstract:
The ability of the protein Oct4 to act as a marker for adult stem cells is questioned. The phenomenon is quite logical but has not been scientifically proved yet.
