Reviewers caution NASA over plans for nuclear-powered craft
Article Abstract:
NASA is planning to choose an industrial contractor to begin designing its first spacecraft, the proposed Jupiter Icy Moons Orbiter (JIMO). JIMO would orbit several of Jupiter moons at close range and would be more technically capable than any scientific spacecraft ever built.

NASA, which plans to build a Moon base or colonize Mars, would require help from Robots, which can become an efficient construction laborer. To meet its goal NASA will need the technology to make efficient robots.
