A turbulent wake as a tracer of 30,000 years of Mira's mass loss history
Article Abstract:
An ultraviolet-emitting bow shock and turbulent wake extending over 2 degrees on the sky, arising from Mira's large space velocity and the interaction between its wind and the interstellar medium (ISM), is discovered. The wind wake is found to be a tracer of the past 30,000 years of Mira's mass-loss history and it has provided a good platform for studying turbulent stellar wind-ISR interactions.

An ancient nova shell around the dwarf nova Z Camelopardalis
Article Abstract:
A shell was observed around dwarf nova Z Camelopardalis and its existence shows that it must have undergone a classical nova eruption few thousand years ago.
