Monsoon Advertising's over 300% annual growth in billing yearly is attributed by the company to its stronghold on the youth market. The Philadelphia, PA-based advertising agency, whose clients include Triton International, Eagle Communications and Pro Beach Soccer, is now operated by 30 people from a three-person operation in 1996. Monsoon Advertising, which is regarded as a youth oriented agency, employs award winning Creative Director Dave Gensler.
