Tradition

Article Abstract:

Tradition is a dynamic social element that is both a process and a resource out of which a society builds its future. It evolves as the society that creates it develops, thus it is inseparably linked to history and culture. Its continuity is interrupted only when an outside power imposes its will on that society, thereby forcing it to create something that is not out of the society's own will.
