The Kibbe House, located at the historic district of Somers, CT, is an example of a private residence style which became famous in the country between 1840 and 1880. It is a History House with a Gothic Revival style. People have built houses using History House plans and costs can vary accordingly.

The Samuel Trevett House
Article Abstract:
The historic Samuel Trevett House in Marblehead, MA, remains as one of the premier examples of Georgian architecture. Its current owner, advertising executive Nan King Parker, strove to make it light, airy and cheery with pastel colors and floral prints, as well as skylights and oversized windows.

Farmington

John Speed was a wealthy planter who married Lucy Fry in the early 1800s. The couple made a home at Farmington, a hemp plantation in Louisville, KY. Made of bricks, the Federal-style house is believed to have been designed by Thomas Jefferson.
