Article Abstract:
The Hudson River Valley is a center of art, architecture, history and natural beauty. Among its main attractions are several 18th and 19th century houses, some of which are now museums. Some private homes will be open to the public during the annual Hudson Valley Country Seats Tour in Sep 1992.

Sunnyside & Clermont

The Bouwerie
Article Abstract:
The Bouwerie is an 18th century house which reflects the neat, simple and striking style of the early Dutch settlers in the Hudson River Valley. The house was bought and restored by Diane O'Neal, art conservator, and her husband Edward.
