Make that call

Article Abstract:

Information Design Unit has designed a range of payphone user instructions for British Telecommunications' new payphones. New features on the latest phones include capacity to take any method of payment, such as BT Phonecards, BT Chargecard, credit cards or coins; and an advanced message window. The revised instructions are grouped by task instead of method of payment. Details of the constraints within which the design firm had to operate are included, together with more information on the instructions.

Can anybody here make change?

Article Abstract:

Publishing of so many negative news and the readers' search for relevance of the news in their lives are two reasons why there is a need for change in the newspaper industry. These have even caused some journalists to leave the daily newspaper industry. Although seminars, institutes and focus groups look at saving the newspaper industry as a matter of improving management, leadership, writing, reporting, editing and design, nobody has really taken action.
