Diversity in a shrinking world

Article Abstract:

The reduction in the size of the pages of many newspapers to a 50-inch web was done due to economical reasons. The cost of the newsprint was reduced substantially after switching to the smaller text size.

One of the most important ingredient in the typography of the newspaper is its nameplate. The nameplates which get deteriorated with the time are being restored and updated.
