The steps in cooking juicy chicken breasts include preparing and sauteing the chicken and adding the ingredients for sauce. Recipes for sauteed chicken breasts, lemon-watercress sauce, red wine-shallot sauce, mushroom-hazelnut sauce and apricot-ginger sauce are presented.
