Putting it to the test: IEC-1010-1

Article Abstract:

The International Electrotechnical Commission's IEC-1010-1 for electrical and electronic test equipment replaces the IEC-348 and provides for more spacing requirements. IEC-1010-1 indicates overvoltage category ratings which range from I to IV in increasing order. IEC is an international standards writing organization which may be used by local governments to write their own national standards. It is different from Underwriters Laboratories and Canadian Standards Assn. which are listing agencies.

Madonna claims that all entertainers have exhibitionist tendencies. Madonna's exhibitionism may be partly the result of the death of her mother when Madonna was five years old. A childhood event may have caused her to replace intimacy with the need to shock others.
