Alexandra Danilova on 'Raymonda'

Article Abstract:

Ballerina Alexandra Danilova believes the art of dance yields a wide range of interpretations. In the 100-year-old ballet 'Raymonda', different translations can be achieved through style, steps, tempo and expression. In particular, the dream sequences and the battle scene lend themselves to variation, invoking many emotions and changes of perception in the audience.
