Intelligent design and space exploration don't mix

Article Abstract:

Nineteen states of the US are stuck in legislative controversies and are in the process of arriving at a decision whether the theory of evolution or the creationism theory should be taught in the science classroom. Creationism's supporters claim that the human genome does not contain the history of nearly four billion years of life's experience, but is a pattern planned just for the human being.

Space control isn't freedom of action

Article Abstract:

The US Air Force and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency are seeking contractors to build an unmanned hypersonic aircraft capable of reaching any point in the world in about two hours. It is believed that such an aircraft could eventually serve as a springboard into space, developing technology that could lead to a single-stage-to-orbit spacecraft.
