News from the Cape

Article Abstract:

A Defense Satellite Communications System spacecraft was launched from Cape Canaveral on Feb 10, 1992. The launch, which was powered by Rocketdyne engines, marked the return to service of launch pad 36A. The launched system gives the Pentagon secure and jam-resistant communication patch-ups.
