Nuclear-driven paper push

A Space Exploration Initiative program focusing on nuclear propulsion is being negotiated by federal agencies. The program will require between $2 to $5 billion to create. Nuclear propulsion will be researched in preparation for Mars missions.

Space travel, which has become common, was a mystery as recently as the early 1960s. Early scientists relied on books, sketches and observations to develop plans for space exploration.
