Much information remains to be uncovered despite the abundance of data about Earth. For instance, Earth is estimated to be 4.6 billion years old, with land elevated by 860 meters from the sea level and the oceans averaging in depth to 3,900 meters. Other data are presented.

A profile on the environmental and physiological stresses that a space tourist encounters in his flight is presented. Space tourists should learn to anticipate their personal needs in their travels, similar to the preparations made in a long cruise trip.
