Space: final frontier or the next battlezone

Article Abstract:

The exploration and the use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interest of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development. Craig Eisendrath, a faculty member of Temple University in Philadelphia, explained that the Treaty of Antarctica provided an excellent framework to work with.

Mission patches: more than just a merit badge

Article Abstract:

Astronauts from Cape Canaveral always wear mission patches which they have designed themselves. The patches, originated during the Civil War, symbolize the objectives and characters of a diverse crew.
