Making the final decision; how to be sure you've selected the right computer

Article Abstract:

When service station owners buy computers for their businesses, they often make mistakes during the last stages of the process by hurriedly settling for equipment that might not be right for them. Some pointers to remember include the use of a systematic approach, the selection of three top candidates and actual demonstrations of those products, the involvement of key personnel in the decision making, the development of a written evaluation system and the negotiation of a contract.
