Subaru's attempts to create the fastest Forester ever resulted in the development of Forester STi from the Fuji Heavy Industries Tokyo, Japan and it has a front engine, 4-wheel drive, 5 passenger, 5-door wagon, turbocharged, 265 horsepower and 6 speed manual transmission. Subaru succeeded in creating a hardcore Forester with more utility and for less money and is priced at $28,000 in Japan.
