Officials at General Motor Corp's Cadillac division have decided to scrap the use of a cartoon duck which touted the virtues of the Cadillac Catera. They will re-launch the certified low emissions vehicle as a serious, German-bred performance sedan. Base price of the Catera is $34,180.

The Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor has a four-cylinder engine with an output of 185 bhp. Its acceleration time is 8.1 seconds. It has, however, some extra noise compared to the previous model. However, the noise comes with performance improvements.
