First drive: Audi A6 Avant 3.2 V-6

Article Abstract:

The new Audi A6 Avant 3.2 V-6 is equipped with FSI and hence, fuel is injected directly into the combustion chambers rather than into the intake runners, providing better combustion and efficiency. The new car, priced at $46,000, features a wheelbase of 111.9 inches, power of 252 bhp, torque of 243 lb-ft at 3250 rpm and a 6-speed automatic transmission with manumatic shifting.

2005 Bentley Arnage: The beauty of 6000 spot welds

Article Abstract:

The 2005 Bentley Arnage is previewed and the features of the sporty T model and the sedate R model are discussed. It has 616-646 lb-ft torque, 400-450 bhp power, 155mph top speed and comes with a price tag of $219,985-$241,985 although the traditional requisites like 2000 spot welds and Californian oak for the wood veneer in the assembly remain unchanged.

2005 Audi A8L 6.0 Quattro

A road test performance of 2005 Audi A8L 6.0 Quattro is conducted at Salzburg, Austria in the dead of winter. Its steep price of $120,000 makes it in par with BMW and Mercedes and features a power of 444 bhp at 6200 rpm, torque of 428 lb-ft at 4700rpm and top speed of 155 mph.
