SCCA speed world challenge grand touring class: Cadillac's CTS-V livens up what was already the best road racing in the country

Article Abstract:

Sports Car Club of America's Speed World Challenge, a professional road-racing series organized a race which had four powerful GT cars, a Viper, A Corvette, an RS6 and a CTS-V at 1.9 mile Ginger-man raceway in South Haven, Michigan. After winning the first round of the race CTS-Vs were saddled with 200 pounds weight, that reduced their speed, and they came third and fourth in the second round which means that they ca not have more than 49 percent of its weight over the rear axle.
