The end of cruising: Cities are rapidly outlawing an American rite of passage almost as old as the automobile itself

Cities and towns, all across America have banned cruising, owing to the problems of noise and disorderly conducts . However, some people for whom repetitive driving is part of genuine need and business, anti-cruising trend signals nothing less than an assault on the fundamental right of Americans to freely move about the streets.

Several procedures for licensing a kit car or a replicated car under a manufacturer's statement of original (MSO), which is provided by the kit manufacturer, are presented. State-by-state guidelines for kit registration in US with reference to their inspection such as mechanical, and fuel emission inspections are presented.
