Model decision making

Article Abstract:

Mason Bronwyn introduced a decision-making tool called the BOE Model (Business Options Evaluation Model) that presents information on alternative business options on a diagram taking into consideration the benefits, ventures, risks, and efforts of an organization. The BREC Analysis (Benefits Risks Effort and Cost Analysis) is the model for assessing these factors of BOE Model.

Information about the role of contract managers is necessary to ensure that business functions continue uninterrupted when services are being considered for outsourcing. It is reported that a contract managers role can be successfully fulfilled only when one is aware of the types of things one may encounter, and what may be involved in managing them.

Valuation of government agencies
