Article Abstract:

The 1990 International Credit Conference in Quebec City, Canada brought together credit associations that included Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc, Associated Credit Bureaus of Canada, and the International Credit Association (ICA). The participation of all the credit associations enhanced the size and quality of the conference. Items of interest brought out at the conference included: the fact that ICA produced all the convention materials in-house; that the average annual membership turnover of ICA historically has been around ten percent, and is down to three percent in 1990; and ICA in February sponsored the first credit industry forum on the subject of privacy.

Henderson's goals for the ICA in the future include having an excellent staff, having an outstanding leadership team, and deciding which issues to emphasize in the future.
