Genomic binding by the Drosophila Myc, Max, Mad/Mnt transcription factor network

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on Myc, Max and Mad transcription factor network involved in cell behavior. The authors describe their study of global genomic mapping of Drosophila Myc, Max, Mad/Mnt proteins carried out via the use of DNA adenine-methyltransferase ID method.

The Drosophila Geminin homolog: roles for Geminin in limiting DNA replication, in anaphase and in neurogenesis

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on the Drosophila homolog of the DNA replication initiator inhibitor Geminin. The identification of this homolog has been carried out and the results indicate that it has the same properties as those of Xenopus and human Geminin.

Geminin regulates neuronal differentiation by antagonizing Brg1 activity

Article Abstract:

SWI/SNF chromatin-remodeling protein Brg1 is identified as an interacting partner of Geminin. It is demonstrated that Geminin antagonizes Brg1 activity during neurogenesis to maintain the undifferentiated cell state.
