Genetic and demographic dynamics of small populations of Silene latifolia

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on populations of Silene latifolia. The authors report that they have tracked population size and genetic diversity of these populations in order to investigate how the populations vary in their demographic and genetic trajectories and how the correlation across populations changes in their genetic diversity and growth rate.

Genetic and clonal diversity for Myrica cerifera along a spatiotemporal island chronosequence

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on genetic diversity and clonal structure. The authors have investigated the changes in genetic diversity and clonal structure along the spatiotemporal island chronosequence for the shrub Myrica cerifera, and they report that little changes have been observed in allelic and genotypic diversity anolng the chronosequence.
