The authors review the publications on Rho GTPases which control neutrophil chemotaxis. The topics of interest include the role of activated Cdc42 in orientation of the cell's axis in a signaling complex, and the effect of Rho on formation of the uprod which reinforces polarization.

Genomic rearrangements linked to aberrant recombinations are associated with cancer and human genetic diseases. It is found that the recombination prevents cell death when the replisome disassembles at the expense of genetic stability.
