A collaborative interest model of relational coordination and empirical results

Article Abstract:

A collaborative interest model (CIM) of relational coordination that embeds relational constructs within the interaction and network context developed by the industrial marketing and purchasing (IMP) group is examined. The empirical test of the model using structural equation methodology displays relational coordination and describes relationship performance better than market coordination mechanisms.

Industry and firm level interaction: Implications for profitability

Article Abstract:

The study is done to establish whether a firm-industry interaction effect is a codeterminant of financial performance and thus complements the distinct industry and firm effects targeted in previous research. The results show that a firm-industry interaction effect is significant as a codeterminant of financial performance.

The role of routines in reducing pervasive uncertainty

Article Abstract:

Two broad classes of uncertainty and the generic strategies that are appropriate to handle each class of uncertainty are identified by combining extant research from economies. Observations reveal that organizational routines are ways to reduce pervasive uncertainty in decision-making.
