Baby boomers ride the wave

Article Abstract:

Baby boomers have been migrating to Australian coasts. This relocation has increased the population in coastal regions. The prices of housing properties along the coasts have also increased accordingly. It is expected that baby boomers will continue to move towards coast because of their financial savings, which are not adequate to maintain them in cities. However, baby boomers are not the sole contributors to the present boom in housing across the Australian coasts. Australians are now able to earn their living from laptops instead of working in manufacturing firms. This makes it easier for them to move to coasts.
