Building a business case for diversity

Article Abstract:

Business experts have often overlooked the significance of diversity initiatives despite the profound impact it creates on organizational effectiveness. Problems are further aggravated by the lack of understanding concerning payback on investments. Diversity initiatives offer corporate leaders an optimal tool for increasing their resources and at the same time creating a conducive working atmosphere for workers.

In praise of slack: Time is of the essence

Research into the effectiveness of slack on business success is given. The research suggest that slack, when applied to organizational adaptation and innovation increase the probability of success.
