Comparison of family and nonfamily business: financial logic and personal preferences

Article Abstract:

A comparative analysis is done between the difference in financial planning and personal preferences of Family and non-family owned businesses. Family businesses sometimes are lacking genuine long-term business plans or a commitment to growth. Managers concentrating only on personal ambitions can spoil the company's future.
